We are based in beautiful Barcelona, Spain. However, we do not currently have a physical store yet. Part of our products are being made and shipped from Spain. We also connect with different suppliers from North America, Asia and Europe in order to provide best priced and top quality products.
In order to allow free shipment on all orders, we had to sacrifice the speed from our deliveries. Average delivery time for United States is between 7 to 15 business days and for Europe is between 10-20 business days. For the rest of the world it can take between 10 to 28 business days depending on your location and country’s customs delays.
Yes! You will be able to track your parcel as soon as tracking reference number is made available by the courier. In some cases tracking is not available for some countries but we rarely experience any issues. You can easily track your parcel using Order Status page. In case you have any issues with tracking, please contact us by using contact form with your order reference number, so we can make sure your order is shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information before contacting us.
If for some reason you have not received your order within 6 weeks of the purchase please contact us to arrange a refund or reshipment. You have to provide the correct delivery address as it is not Styx’s responsibility for the lost shipments due to faulty delivery addresses.
Firstly, sorry for the inconvenience that may be caused by the courier. If you have received an item which is different than what you have ordered or faulty in any way, please contact us through the email or contact form to arrange a refund or reshipment.
If you are not fully satisfied by the item you have received you can return the product within 4 weeks after the purchase date by contacting us through email or contact form. We will provide you with the address of one of our warehouses depending on the country you are shipping from. After receiving the item and inspection for any faults, we will contact you to issue a refund or reshipment. Refunds will be issued through the method of payment you have used when purchasing the product.
If you would like to order more than 10 of the same product, we can provide you with 30% discount. On top of that, we will also ship your order with priority shipping so you won’t need to wait long for your order. Minimum order amount is 350€, 375$ or 325£.
